Nutrition is a powerful tool that influences your health and how you feel day to day. The food we choose to eat is also connected to many values in our life. By creating a foundational way of eating and then layering on values based eating, the result is something sustainable, supportive and meaningful. Nutrition can be a complex topic and there is a lot of nuance, so my goal is to help simplify and make you feel empowered and confident in you food choices.
